Overview

Understand how events work, where they appear, and how to create them.

Dentasync lets you schedule and manage events such as Try Ins, Deliveries, or Other tasks tied to specific work orders.

Events are displayed on the Calendar and inside the associated Work Order Details view for complete traceability.

Adding Events

You can add an event in two ways:

  1. Go to

    Calendar
    from the sidebar — click the
    Add Event button in the top right.

  2. Go to

    Work Orders
    from the sidebar — open a specific work order to access its detail view. Then, scroll to the Events section and click
    Add Event button.

Event Fields

Each event includes:

  • Type:
  • Work Delivery
  • Try In
  • Other (with custom title)
  • Event Time: Date and time (with optional end time)
  • Reminder Time: Configurable notification before the event
  • Description: Additional context or internal notes

Viewing Events

Events appear:

  • On the Calendar, grouped by day and time
  • In the Events section of the Work Order Details
  • In the Activity Log, as part of work order history

Clicking on an event in the calendar will open the related Work Order.
