Reporting

Dentasync lets you export financial data in a clear, Excel-compatible format based on your current filters and view mode.

Accessing Report Export

To generate a report:

1. Go to
   Finance
   from the sidebar.
2. Select the desired view:
   Dental Labs
   or
   Work Orders
3. Apply any necessary filters (e.g. time period, dental lab, payment method, status).
4. Click the
   Generate Report icon at the top right.

Dental Labs Report

This report summarizes financial data per dental lab, showing how much has been billed, paid, and what remains outstanding.

Columns included:

• Dental Lab
• Number of Work Orders
• Amount Paid
• Total Amount
• Outstanding Balance

Work Orders Report

This report provides a detailed breakdown of each work order, ideal for financial auditing or reconciling payments.

Columns included:

• Work Order #
• Dental Lab
• Payment Method
• Amount Paid
• Total Amount
• Outstanding Balance
• Status
• Documented Date
