Add or Edit User
Add new users to your organization and manage their access permissions.
User accounts in Dentasync allow your team to collaborate securely, with permissions tailored to their roles.
Add a new user
To add someone to your workspace:
- Go to from the sidebar.Users
- Click the Add User button in the top right.
- A form will appear for entering user information and permissions.

Form fields
The form is divided into two key sections:
General Fields

Permissions
Use the permissions table to grant access to various parts of the app. You can control whether the user can:
Permission | Description |
---|---|
Manage | Full control, including configuration and deletion |
Create | Add new entries |
Read | View data |
Update | Edit existing entries |
Delete | Remove entries |

Edit a user
To change details or permissions later:
- Click the More Options button next to the user.
- Select Edit.
- Update fields as needed and click Save.

Changes are applied immediately and take effect on the user's next action.
