Get alerted for upcoming events tied to work orders.
The Notifications section keeps your team informed about upcoming events scheduled through the Events feature.
Notifications are triggered based on the reminder time set when creating an event.
Where notifications appear
You can view notifications by clicking the
Notifications
What’s included
Each notification may display:
- Scheduled time of the event
- Time since reminder was triggered
- If the event is linked with a work order:
- Work Order reference
- Dental Lab name
Events without a linked work order (like general notes or tasks) won’t show work order or dental lab info.
Interacting with notifications
Clicking a notification opens the linked Work Order Details page — if the event is tied to a work order. This lets you review or update the event directly.
Notifications automatically clear after clicking or once the event passes.
